This coffee means so much to us.

For years, our founder has had the privilege of working alongside Elkin and the Clear Path family — helping share his coffees with some of the most respected roasters across the country, while proudly building them into the heart of our own coffee program.

Elkin is more than an incredible producer — he is a true community leader, someone deeply committed to his people, his land, and the future of Colombian coffee. Every harvest reflects passion, discipline, and love for the craft.

And this coffee… this coffee is magical.

Everything begins with intention. Cherries are picked at over 90% ripeness with Brix readings between 20–24, ensuring only the sweetest and most expressive fruit is selected. His team is trained meticulously to protect quality at every step while preserving traditional varieties like Caturra — a variety known for its beautiful complexity and incredible sensory potential.

After harvest, the cherries go through flotation to remove imperfections before entering a careful washing and disinfection process. The coffee then rests in fermentation tanks for 48 hours, allowing the fruit character to develop gently and intentionally without overpowering the integrity of the coffee itself. Elkin’s goal is simple: let the farm, the variety, and the terroir speak clearly in every cup.

The drying process is just as thoughtful. For 18 days, the coffee slowly dries in parabolic dryers and is moved every 3 hours to ensure absolute consistency and stability. The result is a coffee that feels alive — vibrant, elegant, and deeply expressive.

In the cup, expect beautiful notes of chocolate-covered raspberries, merlot, and layered red fruits with a juicy sweetness that lingers long after the last sip.
