It begins with handpicked cherries, gently washed in citric acid to preserve their purity. Then comes the magic—a slow, careful co-fermentation with a caramelized strawberry culture made in-house, rich with sweetness and depth. Brown sugar fuels the process, while pH is meticulously balanced to guide the transformation.

Over 176 hours of careful fermentation, every cherry absorbs the essence of the fruit, developing a cup that’s as vivid as it is unforgettable. Finally, the coffee is dried with patience and precision, preserving its vibrant flavor and aroma.
